
Two Daily Collegian staffers are enjoying national recognition for their work. Photographer Alexandra Antoniono has won a College Media Association first-place in the general news category for a June No Kings protest photo, and Managing Editor Kahlie Wray has been named to the ProPublica 2025 Class of Emerging Reporters.
The Collegian is one of five partners in Penn State Student Media, which won 10 Division I awards from the College Media Association. Of those, three were first-place recognitions.
Antoniono was the Collegian’s summer photo editor.
